My Plate: BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Bowls

This bowl is so dang delicious! As always, super simple, and healthy. My whole family loved it, it could easily be prepped ahead of time for meal prep, a super easy meal to pack on the go, or quickly put together for supper. You’re going to love it!

  1. BBQ Chicken: We have used the slow cooker, the air-fryer, and also the grill. Whatever works best for your schedule! We love to use a reduced sugar BBQ, my absolute favorite would be Noble Made “Less Sugar Original BBQ Sauce”.

  2. Coleslaw: This is for only one serving of slaw, so use this as a base to make enough! I love to prep ahead of time, and store in the fridge.

1 Tablespoon Mayo (Chosen Foods Classic Mayo is my favorite)

    1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

    1/2 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup

    Dash of Salt and Pepper

    3/4 cup Coleslaw Mix

  3. To assemble the bowl: Slaw, BBQ chicken, pickles or pickled red onion, and avocado. So simple!

Just another easy, healthy meal for you, and your family! You could easily add roasted potatoes as a side, or stuff the slaw/BBQ chicken into a wrap/tortilla, or even buns. I have no problem adding an additional side to make it more family friendly. Enjoy! xx
