My Plate: Loaded Burger Bowl with Roasted Balsamic Brussels

We are burger people, especially in the summer! My family loves putting their smash burgers on a bun, and I love putting mine on a salad, with all the toppings! The burger sauce is so yummy, my whole family loves it. As always, it’s super simple, healthy, and delish!

  1. Burgers: Grill your burgers however you love. We use the Blackstone and Scott makes smash burgers. Game changer!

  2. Burger sauce: It’s SO easy, but really makes the whole bowl! My whole family loves it, and added it to their burger.

3 Tablespoons Mayo (Chosen Foods Classic Mayo is my favorite!)

2 Tablespoons Ketchup (Primal Kitchen No Sugar Added is what I love)

2 Teaspoons of Chopped Pickles or Relish

    Pinch of salt

  3. Build your bowl: butter lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, pickled red onion (or raw), avocado, burger, and burger sauce. You could also add cheese of your choice, too!

Balsamic Brussels: Start with a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, wash and cut the brussels, toss with balsamic glaze (this is my secret to having my family LOVE them!), garlic powder, salt and pepper, roast for about 20ish minutes at 400. Keep an eye out for your desired crispiness! Toss with more balsamic glaze if you’d like! I added mine to my salad, but my family had it as a side.

Another quick and easy, healthy meal to add to your rotation from my plate, to yours! xx
